I guess it dosent matter either way. It’s gone…..they probably realized the actual ice cream was way costlier to buy and serve than the powered shit they sell for the same cost in the other parts of the park.
Park doesn't used powdered mix for the soft-serve. I saw them filling it last weekend at Roman Frieze and it was the same liquid mix they've been using for years.

I think the only reason I haven't marked this thread as Defunct yet is that I desperately don't want to believe it's true.

I freakin' loved Josephine's. It felt refined and sefisticated, they stocked quality ingredients, it offered the ability to customize anything however you liked, and even had awesome seasonal offerings. Josephine's felt like the most-Aquitaine part of Aquitaine throughout every day of the shop's seemingly completely unjustly short life.

If it's dead (which, for the record, I agree that all signs point that way), it will be an incredible loss.

It also seemed like a lot of the time it had a fairly decent line of people waiting to order. So I'd have to believe that it did good business when it was/is open. I just hope they are remodeling it to make the flow a little better as once you got inside it was like a free for all while waiting for your order.

I swear if this place doesn’t reopen…

I’m NOT going to be happy.
You can tell that this location did good business, ESPECIALLY on summer days.

Did it really do great business? I never ate anything because my experience on multiple attempts to do so was that the traffic flow was horrible not because they had so many people but because the service was extremely slow. Ling lines sometimes give the impression of better business then what is really being done
