I still have only ever seen this place open once. Almost every time I visit it is closed in all its years being there. Sorta a situation where you gotta open to get the numbers to justify keeping the eatery.

Or how about NO! Really what Busch should be doing is pushing for more hires in order to reopen their eateries which for the most part baring a few exceptions have really good crews and food. The service could be a little better though with all things considered in all that's where they should invest in and not outsourcing to fast food places which as far as I'm concerned would reduce the value of the park experience.
I would like them to get Josephine’s back up and running. Literally the best place in the park for ice cream, and the price for how much ice cream you get isn’t bad.

It seems like it's probably dead. It was wiped from the website a while back. 🙁

It's very labor intensive. It will likely be one of the last places brought back, but I don't think that's is dead yet.

Can we just get the fried chicken place back there…..
Why the dislike @Nicole? Seriously??? Why do you eyeroll or dislike everything I post or immediately argue the opposite point no matter what I post? It’s honestly harassment. The chicken place was delicious and I really enjoyed going there…..the rolls were amazing. The “buffet”
as small was it was was great to grab and go sit and watch the LeMans cars. No matter how many times I would go to Josephine’s I always look
up at the chicken on the wall.

I'm thumbs-downing your post because I love Josephine's and I don't want it to be replaced with bad fried chicken. I understand it was good long, long ago, but I can assure you would be borderline inedible today.

Ice cream + toppings are hard to screw up making Josephine's a great option for current BGW.

I do not eye-roll or thumbs down everything or even most of what you post. Nor do I post arguments against everything you say.

I prefer ice cream to fried chicken, I despise buffets, and I certainly don’t want Southern American food in a French-themed hamlet.

Glad you have the choice of the french turkey legs or french churros at the quick service grab and go. I guess you give Le Frites a pass because they serve “french” fries? What a joke….

Pardon?

I don‘t eat churros or turkey legs, and don’t think they belong in Aquitaine either.

Pommes frites are a well-known staple in Belgium. The backstory at Les Frites is that he moved from Belgium and brought frites with him. What is the issue?

I guess it dosent matter either way. It’s gone…..they probably realized the actual ice cream was way costlier to buy and serve than the powered shit they sell for the same cost in the other parts of the park.
