I'm curious if anyone can do the math, but it looks like the train got to the top of the 2nd red stripe up from the bottom. Anyone know the height of that? And how long the train is relative to those stripes?

If it's a little bumpy that will enhance the feeling of speed. If it's really bumpy then that could be unpleasant.

Let's hope they properly secure the passengers! But also, isn't this thing flying over the top here faster than normal?

I am just speculating and guessing here, but with the new launch system I wonder if they have the ability for a "boost" function to keep it running on windy days when rollbacks would most off occur.

Part of the commissioning tests is to do full power lauches. This is to make sure the ride can handle anything the launch is capable of throwing at it. As much as I would love (and probably regret) to get a launch with that massive airtime over the top, it will probably never launch even close to that speed with passengers, even with a very strong headwind. They will even do a full power launch backwards into the spike to test the magnetic breaks/buffers.
I wonder if the ride will have an empty train button - like the old TTD - or if the ride will just use timing from the first launch to calibrate the force for the subsequent launches.

Why not? is it against policy, or is it just due to the operators?
