Gotta think/hope there's a pier-style classic sign spanning the entrance and this is just supplemental. Too obvious to not have the arch sign over the walkway near the front.I like the signage too. The logos are great. I just want the Shoreline Pier sign to be bigger. It's the size of a ride sign rather than an area marquee.
I just hope it's not because they're repainting the panels. They were absolutely beautiful when I visited SFA on closing day last year.I wonder if the Wave Swinger is waiting on a part or something since it's still not assembled.
maybe they repainting it so six flags won't remind people of where that ride came from (the same reason why barrels of fun got new trains)I just hope it's not because they're repainting the panels. They were absolutely beautiful when I visited SFA on closing day last year.
They haven't arrived yet. Thus, no pics.Speaking of BoF, do we have pics of any of the newly themed trains?
They're upside down, in case you are seriously askingView attachment 42791
It that what it looked like at SF America?
Yea, I was talking about the panels on the ground not the structure. When you say upside down do you mean the back side? Because those are definitely the front of the panels, they're just missing the paintings in the framed parts. They're upside down, in case you are seriously asking
The panels in the concept art for the area looked like they were rethemed to match a beach themeYea, I was talking about the panels on the ground not the structure. Could this be because it was fast-tracked, and there was far less fiddling and bean-counting with the design? Either way, it looks like a home run for the park, and far better than most of us feared.I still just can’t get over how well this has turned out for an area that wasn’t even planned a year ago.
I think it’s just because we finally have full Cedar Fair level designs at legacy Six Flags parks and none of us know how to handle it because it’s so foreign to see a new, well thought-out themed area at a SF parkCould this be because it was fast-tracked, and there was far less fiddling and bean-counting with the design? I low-key forgot. Isn't BoF getting new restraints different from Cajun or was that just a rumor? Do we even know?
