The counterpoint I would have is erosion would make it extremely difficult to manage unless they made it out of fake sand. If they created actual dunes it would take years for the plantings roots to be strong enough to hold the formation. So with wind, rain, snow; it would be highly likely that the sand would wash out. So they would spend a tin of long term money continually pushing the sand back into place.My only complaint: the area with the plants meant to be dunes, should in fact be dunes. otherwise, this looks great and i hope the park keeps up the momentum in other areas.
