Oh 100% agreed. I fully understand why phased projects happen, it just always looks funny to me when landscaping isn’t part of a first phase (or enough) to make it feel ‘lived in’.On its own, I'd agree, but I'm holding out hope that once the full scope of the updates are completed, it'll look really good.
I’m excited to see how this all looks next year with project purples presumed entrance next door
A white boardwalk woodie would be perfect, it could be a dueling coaster evenI think right now the trees beyond the parking lot are contrasting with the boardwalk vibe. They gotta think of sightlines in Phase 3 and find a way to block it off. If only there were some traditional coaster found on boardwalks with a dense support structure that could block the treeline and make it feel more like a boardwalk...
It’s almost certainly a typo59" to ride BoF alone. That's certainly significant fora familyany coaster. Does anyone remember the height requirement when it was at SFA?
From the 2025 SFA rider safety guide:59" to ride BoF alone. That's certainly significant fora familyany coaster. Does anyone remember the height requirement when it was at SFA?
The 59" might not be a typo, from Kennywood's website for Exterminator:Guests must be at least 54" tall to ride alone or 48" tall and
accompanied by a Supervising Companion at least 63" tall.
I miss the days when Kennywood would only have guests shorter than 59" use the seat belts, it really speed up loading.Min: 46 inches
Max: None
Additional Info:
Riders between 46" - 59" must ride with a supervising companion.
It took me until just now to properly read this and realize this is SFA’s shark. Earlier I thought they just dragged him over from their own Hurricane Harbor, which I also would’ve been fine with lolView attachment 42863
Shark from Six Flags America's Hurricane Harbor now in the Shoreline Pier
