Glad to see the spinning on that coaster still looks pretty bonkers.

I wonder a wooden coaster would work great behind barrel of fun (a family coaster of what we want, I rather saved another thrilling wooden coaster for frontier adventures area)

Wave Swinger has opened to the public! Caught the 2nd cycle.

I am so disappointed they repainted this ride. The rainbow pattern on the underside of the awning and all of the classical artwork portraits it had when it was at SFA were so beautiful. Honestly with this paintjob, it screams "ice cream" or "cake" to me and would be more fitting located around the Carousel and Yum Yum Palace than a boardwalk themed area.

It's also interesting to see that they're running it without a third of the seats.

That’s FANTASTIC. this area really feels like… possibly the best themed land in six flags history? Immersive, detailed, bright and colorful, well-landscaped, sound design. The entrance sign really ties it all together
It doesn’t look like it belongs in a Six Flags park at all and that’s a fantastic thing. It’s even more impressive considering the area was a somewhat last minute decision.

During the ARCM live stream he showed the new Shoreline Pier sign.
All of Shoreline has been excellent and this is just a perfect entrance sign. Kudos to the park for bringing this together last minute by all accounts.

... which sort of makes this angle so much funnier than it needs to be, with 70% of the background being the out of place Superman 😭 Really hoping long term they do something about it. SP is a great vibe and standard of theming, and the middle of that midway really should have something to carry that atmosphere to the other side.
