Besides all the beer and beergirls you can see that the main color scheme is blue and white. Also there is a picture of some beer mugs that are very similar to the murals on the the sides of the new pretzel shop. All in all I say that BG is doing EXTREMELY well with the retheming.

So yeah...once it's done it'll be extremely well done
Those songs are only playing because they have the Easter Bunny available for pictures. They'll be gone after Easter.J0E1 said:ScoutN said:From what I have seen they appear to be coping with the modern day Oktoberfest colors and theme. That has of course evolved from the 70s and BGW was the behind the times but now caught back up with it.
But remember-BGW is 17th century Europe, not modern Europe.
BTW, IMO the beer and pretzel shop seems to take up too much room. It especially took away from DarKastle's dramatic appearence.
What happened to the Here's to the Heros bridge? It's now an Oktoberfest bridge. Was HttH AB? They still have the free admission HttH, though.
Lastly, is it just me, or is "Peter Cottontail" or "I Want Candy" or "The Candy Man" not German? (All were playing in Oktoberfest.)
Last I checked New France was in fact Canada. Europe? I think not.J0E1 said:But remember-BGW is 17th century Europe, not modern Europe.
I'm guessing they just kinda...gave up on it. The HttH stuff hasn't been up since the park began advertising for Illuminights last year. And I should mention that the HttH stuff is absent from BGT and Seaworld Orlando. I like the Bavarian Oktoberfest themeing better anyway.J0E1 said:What happened to the Here's to the Heros bridge? It's part of the park's attempt to celebrate Easter. It's only temporary....I hope.J0E1 said:Lastly, is it just me, or is "Peter Cottontail" or "I Want Candy" or "The Candy Man" not German? (All were playing in Oktoberfest.)

gardener14 said:Is the HttH decor really gone from SeaWorld Orlando? I know that as of mid-January 2011, they still had the plaques along the walkway in front of the killer whale topiary in front of Shamu Stadium.
Also, I thought it was strange last summer that BGW removed their HttH decor while Water Country USA still had theirs up.
I think that's the one I'm talking about. Between the pretzel shop and the Rising Ravens game, right?James said:There was also a small stage located behind the swings.
Oh wow. 3 new shows?James said:No theres another behind the swings to the left of the gift shop
