Mach tower update: they have been having the maintenance crew ride it during the week. I took a quick video (to be uploaded later) of one of the guys on it. The guy in front confirmed the employee ride time tomorrow, and said it SHOULD be open to the public on Thursday or Friday. We all know how should goes though with mach tower...

I talked to some woman that worked there today, and she said it should open sometime by the end of the week

My contact at the park said that they are planning to open it this week, possibly tomorrow, and that the plans are to open Germany and Oktoberfest earlier than normal to accomodate the crowds.

My contact just clarified that the Country opening time change goes into effect on Saturday. Oktoberfest and Germany will begin opening early then.

Sick. I go Friday for the first time in I think 4 years. Last went the year before Griffon opened. I always seem to go the year before a big coaster opens

I had at least 5 employees tell me that today. We'll probably stop by around noon-ish to check it out.
