I tried contacting the park, but no answer has been forthcoming as yet.

Good luck with that.
Weeeell, I'll try and give them the benefit of the doubt. lol

Meantime, my hope is that someone might have an answer, or at least a handy suggestion as to where to look.

I looked this song up before. It actually plays over at the wolf show. I can't for the life of me remember. Anyone have the soundtrack for Predators?

I have talked to a few people about this, but I am collecting music around the park, just recently I secured the entire playlist for the Main Entrance area. I can probably head to Ireland this weekend and get the song covered, if an answer doesn't show up by then.

Thanks, guys! I know some of the songs and bands (such as Gaelic Storm, Altan, etc.) very well. But this one remains an elusive mystery. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have, of course, also been asking around on other forums...including a Celtic music radio forum.

does anyone know if there is room in or around Ireland for a large ride? I know that one side backs up to the employee lot. (I used to park there for the annual auditions)

Ah, I knew they were new. In fact, I saw them the second week of the F&WF. I took pictures, I just never shared them because I thought they had been there and I just hadn't noticed them. I'm just wondering why they were put there?

I like it that the park seems to be trying to distract from Elmo, which doesn't fit at all in Ireland. The Irish props around the castle are a very nice touch. I wonder if there is any way for them to relocate it? They could really put the theater into better use. That theater, while it looks very small, it has plenty of space under the stage for things such as the trap door, dollies for rigging, actor space, etc. I don't expect them to bring the show back(although that would be awesome),but I don't think it would be to difficult if they kept the props and audio/lighting track.

Reading through old files. From the 2007 Media Kit:

Busch Gardens Europe captures the essence of Ireland, from warm-hearted people and lush landscapes to ancient castles and fine Waterford Crystal. Guests visiting Busch Gardens get a taste of true Irish spirit. This adaptation of an authentic Irish hamlet features a brightly-colored tavern, shops, stone castles, blooming flower boxes, and contemporary Celtic music. Building facades incorporate elements dating from Ireland’s Megalithic Stone Age (circa 2400 BC) through the mid-19th century. Corkscrew Hill’s architectural style dates back nearly 4,000 years while Castle O’Sullivan encompasses a building style reminiscent of Ireland’s feudal society (circa 1450). The Emerald Isle Shop charms guests with its lavish giftware as well as its 19th century rural Irish portico and authentic thatch roof.

So today while I was heading out of the park, I stopped on the bridge and looked into the water because I saw a turtle. I enjoy seeing the turtles at the park, so I try and stop and watch if I see one. When out of the corner of my eye I saw movement down below.

A deer and two baby deers! (the second deer isn't in this pic.)

They were so cute, I've never seen deer at the park before. They started moving under the bridge, so I made my way over to the other side to watch them.

When a little girl next to me said she saw a snake.

Turns out she was right. There was a snake in the water, just swimming along

This was definitely the highlight of my day.
