After a little digging, Lexington Design and Fabrication who did Shipwreck Falls a fantastically themed rapids ride at SWSD also did Ireland. On their website I found pictures they took from opening year.

It's crazy to see how colorful and vibrant it was over ten years ago. Also, wasn't their a recording of the Talking Tree audio that a member posted a few years ago?

Yeah I know I'm super late on this... They must have worked with The Goddard Group. I don't have the link readily available to me, but in an interview with Gary Goddard he talked about designing Ireland.

I would love to hear that recording. I would also love to see the park work with The Goddard Group again. Although, I recently emailed them about Secrets of Castle O'Sullivan, and the representative that responded had no recollection of it. Sigh, it's even on their timeline. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

Just caught the premiere performance of the 2017 Killarney Village Band. Composed of the musicians and singers of Celtic Fyre, KVB will be performing outside in the village. Because of the rain, today's performance was in the Abbeystone Theater.

With the upcoming Battle For Eire opening in spring 2018, it warms my heart that it's slowly becoming the Ireland I remembered from 2002. Of course Castle O'Sullivan needs to open again and a new mystical Irish show replaces Celtic Fyre for that dream to remotely happen.
