FYI, the "Espresso" here is nothing of the sort. It is a regular 16 oz. coffee with flavors à la Starbucks.

We tried some more sundaes at Josephine's today, and opinions were mixed.

We enjoyed the coconut caramel and the peanut butter cup (whatever it was called). Zachary actually changed the coconut caramel, removing the caramel and ganache and replacing it with white chocolate.

We have reservations about the white chocolate mocha and fudge brownie, however. There was far too much instant coffee dumped on my mocha sundae. Gavin said the brownie in his tasted bitter.

The waffle cups tasted fantastic still.

Overall, the quality of the ingredients remains good, but we think they need to work on their speed and consistency.

when they have all 3 cash registers open I do not think it will be bad. The real issue is prep. They do not seem to have that down to a science yet.

I should mention, that you pay first then wait for your ice cream in a large open area.

Kind of like going to an actual restaurant and not cafeteria style like most of the park's eateries.

If by restaurant you mean fast food. In my experience, most restaurants serve you before you pay.

Last time I checked places like Applebees, TGI Fridays, and Chili's do not make you wait in line to get your food.

Some more seating will be added to Josephine's according to these permits.
