Riding the Hurler is like taking a stagecoach over the Rocky Mountains. If there is one coaster KD needs to get rid of, this is it. Roughest wooden coaster I've ever been on.

I concur with strong68, if anyone finds my spinal column along the first turn, please PM me.

I've been going to KD for 5 years and have always avoided hurler because of its rep. Memorial day 2015, I decided to ride it for the credit and I totally wish I had a match lit after that. Never again.

Am I the only one who loves the hurler and thinks it is decently smooth? and thinks it is better than the grizzly? Yes I just said it, I love the hurler *prepare for many hateful comments*

Proof that the ride delivers different experiences for different people in different seats. I for one am with Trevor, it beats the crap out of me and I get a stiff lower back for a few days after riding. I limit my rides on it to just a couple per year.

I've limited my rides to just the one for the time being. I don't really think it's worth my time to ride it now that I've got the credit; I could be using said time to queue up for I305!

Well if either of you decide to visit Caro or happen to go to Kentucky Kingdom (which you will have a good reason to next year from the rumors) I recommend both Caro's Hurler and the original Thunder Run. Both are actually really great coasters.

I went to Caro a few weeks ago to ride Fury and their Hurler was way smoother. It did not cause me any back pain, and it reminded me of a fresher KD Hurler from 15 years ago.

I skipped hurler because I went on the Saturday after F325 opened and I wanted to ride the things that were more worth it to me. Next time I go (Late June/Early July) I will try to grab a ride or two on it!

Wow, sounds like you guys don't like this one much. What is the issue with it? I'll be riding it for the first time come springtime.

As someone who doesn't hate Hurler, I believe the problem is that the layout is boring and the ride is rough. It is certainly the worst woodie in the park. It is no where near as bad as Mean Streak used to be, however. Rebel Yell is my personal favorite, and I think most people share that view. There is passionate debate about Grizzly.
