It's called hyperbole, brother.
An aside: Pleasure Island was forced to open it's doors without a cover because of declining attendance. That opened a flow to teens, which destroyed the hoped-for gains of going "cover free." Then, the park's executives decided to close the nightclubs because of customer demand for more family-oriented options. Translation: the park realized it would make more money and attract a wider audience catering to families than it would catering to adults.

And in any case, even if it made the park two trillion dollars, I personally don't think it belongs there. Branding is everything, and Busch is a family brand. There's no need to start making adults-only areas, sections or attractions.
