I like the open fire idea, but probably something with JCC open fires even though Kingsmill has fire pits and marshmallow roasting. I think if they are short changing CT shows I suggest bringing in local area school groups for holiday concerts. What better to have your school concert for holidays at BGW during CT it's a way to make money, pretty much free advertising, or even do a CT holiday concert competition. Can bring in bus groups, families would travel to cheer on their children, also it would be beautiful to see your family, children, friends perform with a backdrop if millions of lights, rather than up on school stage with a 20 year old plastic tree or just some lights since cant really push people's religion in schools. Just an idea what do you guys think? Also wish they could do different styles of Santa Claus for each country and stick to those traditions beside that flashback of whatever was near Apollo what's that do with Italy, but decorations from American 50 60 70 s type decor? Just my opinion

Big ticket price increase!

Last year, the 3 day ticket was $35. Now, it's $50! A 43% increase!

That's on top of a price increase for pass holders as well. That's painful- especially seeing that, by all accounts, we're in for an extremely iterative event this year. Unless the park has done an exquisitely good job at hiding something, this is the first time in the event's history that Christmas Town won't have a new show debuting. In fact, come to think of it, this year we're going to be down a show because of the Globe Theatre renovations. Higher prices with reduced product. Not a good sign.

Not me. I shall be at CT all season. Every day; when this CT Unlimited Fun Pass materializes. I shall hop on the train and never get off. Will call in a few favors to have glorious minty hot chocolate delivered to my preferred train station. I believe in the park and the park believes in me. It'll be OK. Maybe take the tram for a few rounds as well.

OMG. This totally reminded me. Look at what I found at Cedar Point: we don't have to suffer on ice-cold metal train seats at CT. They can be padded and comfy and apparently will stand up to regular outdoor use.

CK: Sorry, but I think that's the truth. I think this is a great idea, but it's too good of a value for a business in the park's situation.

I honestly think the park is shooting themselves in the foot with the pricing of this thing. Pass holders would easily pay $40 for unlimited Christmas Town admission and asking for $50 from non-pass holders for the same privilege is well within reason. In all honesty, the park is just burning money with this thing.

That said, I will happily join in and take part in this pickpocketing of the park. Do I want to pay more? Hell no. Should I be paying more? Oh yes.

Buy more stuff! Take a behind the scenes tour! Bring friends, so that they have to buy tickets as well!

Did I mention, buy more stuff?
