Does anyone know if they will email the tickets to you to print later, or do you have to print them up at the same time you purchase them?
 
They normally do both.

FINALLY!

After trying for the last 70 MINUTES I was able to complete the transaction!

What a nightmare! You think they would've learned to increase and improve their server capacity after last year's offer disaster but I guess they'd rather keeps their thumbs up their asses on this issue!
 
I finally got to the part where I put in my credit cared info, then it kicks me out. Kinda of scared to put it in again and hit continue.

Finally got it to go through. I found that going through the Christmas Town website instead of bgwpass.com is a lot quicker.

After refreshing and frustration I finally got our tickets. :)I was worried they would double charge my card because as I submitted payment server timed out. Checked my email and there was my confirmation email and no double charge on card. Good Luck to everyone still trying to get their tickets.
 
Va Pilot ran an editorial about this today. Pretty much said if you don't have a pass then find someone with it. SPREAD THE WEALTH! STICK IT TO THE PEOPLE WHO PAID FOR THEIR PASSES AND THIS DISCOUNT!
 
just keep getting store closed page when i click on passmember advantage. Also, about an hour ago BGW said on Facebook they would keep the deal open until 5pm. I was going to get this, but i don't have time to try to click on this damned page all day. It's not worth the $13.50.

After an hour and a half of error messages, waiting, and redoing everything a couple of times, at 11:30 I was finally able to print my tickets.

dude, this deal is so lame. website still has the shamu splash page and calling the 1800 number just keeps hanging up on me. oh well.

Well 10 minutes to go and can't call and website is still down. This would have been a great deal.

Edit: just got home, but I just saw on facebook, they will try to have it working from 10-2 tomorrow.
 
Don't pass members get 1/2 off Christmastown tickets regardless? According to the pass member guide I just pulled up we do...

I guess this deal allows* you to get others in for 1/2 off as well, right?

*Or it would have if the whole day wasn't a miserable failure...

Especially after last year's disaster with the $5 Christmastown tickets!
