I'm experiencing something similar, where the annual pass I purchased on January 2018 is still listed as being valid, and "Expires soon", saying it is going to renew soon. Note I did not use EZ pay, I just paid up front, so I don't know how it'd go about renewing for me. I guess its just a glitch like @VonDerrick said.

Actually, no it is NOT a glitch. Your Membership does NOT expire.

I dealt with this, as well. I had meant to post about what I learned.

The bottom line is that if you are on EZPay, you should continue to go month to month with your existing Membership, unless you specifically cancel it. In other words, as before, once you meet your 12 month commitment, if you are on EZPay, you will automatically go to month to month after that.

From what the customer service representative said, it may also be true that if you paid in full for a year, you might also be able to go month to month after the first 12 months. I am not sure about that, however.

Now here comes the but.

I am paying for three Memberships. Two were purchased in during the initial sale. One was purchased a few months later. Yesterday, before I called they each had a different status:

Membership A: Expired
Membership B: Expiring Soon
Membership C: Active

My EZPay had gone through for March and was listed as pending for April, both for the full amount. So, I was still being charged for all three Memberships, but one was Expired and one was listed as Expiring Soon.

I called and was told that all three should continue on EZPay, as long as I remained in good standing. I also learned that once you fulfill your initial 12-month contract, your pass will always be listed as "Expiring Soon," presumably because it will expire as soon as you stop paying.

I have no idea what had happened to the one that was listed as "Expired," but she went into the system and fixed it.

I also confirmed that my Original Premier Membership (which was a Platinum equivalent, vice the two-park pass that is called that now) still has the same benefits as when I purchased it last year. So, in theory, I am now paying month to month, until BGW chooses to sunset my Membership type and/or price, and will still have the original Platinum-like benefits (11 parks, etc).

In short, as we expected, you do NOT have to purchase a new Membership after 12 months. You can choose to go month to month on EZPay (hypothetically) without doing anything. I would check your on-line dashboard just case, however; since the system seems a bit wonky.

Think it'd be smart for them to partner up with what is left of A-B and kinda use it as a beer testing ground, and have that be the free sample type thing for members. Instead of giving out cheap shit they still bought. Can get feedback from the members as taste testers, and as the season continues, can monitor which sell more than others. A good trial facility for any subsidiary craft-ish type beers before mass distribution.

Apologies if that borders on a concept for a different thread.

Please report back. I'd be curious to know as well.

We're a year into this program now. Any cracks that existed previously should be fixed by now.
They have said repeatedly on Facebook that the sneak peak is for members only and that you will only be allowed in with one of the memberships.

Yep. Undoubtedly that's the policy. Hopefully it is properly enforced across the board. There are no excuses now that they've had a year to work out any bugs.

Unless I am mistaken they did not allow anyone with an old pass to the HOS and CT sneak peaks last season. I recall seeing one or two that were complaining that they couldn't get in.

I witnessed people being turned away at the gates as well, but it sounds like the rule was inconsistently applied as there were reports of some legacy AP holders getting in still.

I imagine it would be the same for this event. They will be turned away. There might be a couple of talk there way past someone on their first day but the policy will be only members are allowed.
