Banbury Cross Retheme Coming in 2014

Are the gaudy decorations really a "theme" or just a giant, tacky billboard? I'm not sure I buy the idea that all of Banbury Cross would have looked like a Party City ad. Maybe because they had no budget, they decided to decorate instead of retheming the Globe?

The thing I hate most is the hopelessness of this situation. Scott cannot be stopped except for his own overspending, so he will continue to crap up England and perhaps the rest of the hamlets. Unless however, there is an outcry like what apparently happened with Entwined V1. I don't know about that story, so I cannot have much optimism.

I am guessing that it might get a thematic overlay. Maybe a donut shop for the police? I just don't know how/if Coca-Cola will allow it.
