I was doing some research regarding the site (buschgardensnews.com) and found the IP Address and all that wonderful info. It said the site type/title was photo galleries, and if they have an outside photographer take pictures for them, then the site was probably created and handed to the contractor to update/control. It is like all the other contractors the park uses, like the arcades. It appears to belong to the park but in reality the games/prizes belong to the contractor, so I believe this is similar?

Verbolten is already thrilling enough with the drop and special effects, it doesn't need a 10g launch.

It will probably roll out of the station at 1g and the launch into the building will speed it up then. He could have meant that.
