If you want pulled pork, I’d check over at Les Frites. They serve bbq fries with pulled pork, that from my understanding, is prepared at the smokehouse.

If you want any food go to Pierces.......quanity, quality and price will all be better and you wont have to stand in line forever to get your food. If anyone in your group wants a good burger they have those too but call in the order for a burger they make them to order and it takes about 20 minutes. The full menu can be found online.

Why does BGW Trapper’s not have pulled pork sandwiches on the menu but the BGT smokehouse does? Did BGW ever have it?Their menus seem very similar and only really differ with that. I’d take the sandwich with fries over the platter every time.

BGW has had it once in a blue moon, but it has never been a staple of the menu. I don't believe it used to be on BGT's menu either for the record. I only remember it showing up fairly recently when the food quality really started its nosedive.

And for the record, BGT's pulled pork is mediocre at best in my experience. I don't think we're missing out on anything.

Pierces....such a controversial subject. Ill give a +1 to Matchsticks which now has a brick and mortar in the burg. Got a sammich there that was pulled pork, brisket, and some hot (but not blazing) sausage on top). And this was all in a "normal" size sammich.....aka...you didn't feel bad after. That sausage made it amazing.

But regarding the topic at hand. Yeah a nice simple sammich would be nice at Trappers. Sell for less but make up in volume.

I’m going to be the skeptic here, but what is the basis for this claim? I mean, I wouldn’t be surprised to see it get some kind of remodel, seeing as it could definitely use one, but what’s the evidence for the claim?
