Only saw BBQ and Honey Mustard at Squire's.
There was a poster advertising Mayochup though.
If you are a fan of Mayochup I would recommend to try the original German Rot-Weiss.

But seriously though, as gross as it may be to some folks who don't like mayo, I found the golden ratio back in grade school - 3 packets ketchup to 1 packet mayo assuming the mayo packet is one of the normal big ones and not some weird tiny one. Then you can add hot sauce if you'd like to kick it up a notch (BAM!!!)

You can order just a brisket platter or just a chicken platter. I know several people that did on Friday night. You are not stuck with just the Sampler or ribs.

Im not entirely sure its set up like that but you can get just one meat. One of the first nights of fireworks we were seated behind Josephines and I wanted a snack, frenchfries. Frites was already closed to I went to Trappers. Since I was past my 4 hour window on my dining plan I just got a whole entree just so I could get the fries. When I got up there I simply asked for the sampler with just brisquit. She put like 4 slices of meat on the plate with fries, roll and sauce. Still rang up full price. Normally ive been getting 3 slices of meat with the smapler so I only recieved one extra in place of the chicken and ribs. For me I wasnt paying anything and I really only wanted some fries anyhow but if you were paying full price not sure its a great deal.
Trappers has now moved back to bulk forks that everyone can dig their grubby little hands through. They also completely suck, super flimsy and small and the angle of the prongs is weird feeling.
That's pretty much all food locations at BGW now I think. Saw the same at Squires Grill and Marco Polo's.
Definitely prefer the dispensers that KD uses.
