Any idea why the unlimited quick queue pass allows only for one time entry to Loch Ness? It used to be unlimited like the other coasters. From what I recall Loch Ness is the least popular of the BGW coasters.

Loch Ness has been getting very long lines since they moved to a max of two train operations.
The line was into the extended Queue yesterday with one train ops.

One train ops in peak season at BGW? Say whaaaat? Assuming & hoping that one of the trains had a maintenance issue. The line between staffing issues and cost controls is getting quite blurry as of late in regards to park ops. Running LNM in peak season with one train to save on labor is a poor member/guest experience.

It's been one train ops for at a week now so either a significant maintenance issue or something else. The question about labor might still be do these one train ops allow for more rides to be open? If the park is still having as much staffing issues as it appears they are maybe the choices are reduce hours, close rides or spread the staff out as much as you can even if that means longer waits at some rides.

It was running one train when I went on May 12th.

1 train ops is odd. I thought it only took 4 positions to operate 2 anyways.

Yeah the one train ops uses the controls operator to check the unloading side for only 2 required positions and when they're doing two trains its one on each side and controls for 3 required, unless they're including the entrance person in that .

Others should correct me if I'm wrong, but they've been operating with less than four people on the platform on-and-off since at least late 2019. I know I've seen three, but maybe even two as well (when controls leaves the booth to check restraints).
The 4 was including controls and entrance. 2 platform operators.
