Note: This is purely conjecture, this isn't a rumor or fact.
Everyone on this board seems to have forgotten this.....

Why not just build an NFL stadium there with a team called the Busch Gardens Brewers?Thats about just as likely as anything else I've heard. Everyone needs to understand the park knows what it will be doing pretty much up to 10 years from now and I doubt they are leaving room open in hopes the brewery closes and then that land opens up. Plus who says the land would then suddenly be the parks? Thats a lot of land there. A lot of people would want it. But I hope that the brewery never closes. It is a massive source of income for the county and employs a lot of people. Losing something like that would be awful. And don't think "oh well the park could build there and the new attractions would fill those lost jobs" Yeah not really. A job at BGW starting pay is around $7.60. You can't live off that. Especially at a seasonal park. Hell, the people who do work for the park year around in management hardly make enough to live off of. One of the best things I took from working at BGW was the knowledge of how a theme park is run. And while having all these things we want would be great, they are either terrible business decisions or just damn impossible.
