...If the brewery did close, a big if and Blackstone opened another Seaworld park, which will be a smart move for Blackstone and it will be the smallest of the animal parks in the chain...

SeaWorld Orlando is only 180 acres, with only about 100 acres covered with attractions, 16 acres for parking, and the rest is lake. 140 acres will be more than enough for a regular sized SeaWorld with parking.

Especially since Busch already has space set aside for the backstage area (employee parking, offices, etc)

I think they will need more space for the backstage area (employee parking, offices, etc) mainly employee parking building since they will be gaining more staff for the animals.

True... Obviously, they would have to expand some to accommodate the new employees

There are several (small) parking garages right in CW. They have brick facings, narrow "window" openings. They blend right in really. You could ride by and not even notice them .

There are some newer garages in Norfolk that you can't even tell are garages. If you look at Harbour Heights in Downtown, they are perfectly blended into the condo's above the garage. Also the new Wells Fargo Tower's garage is hidden very well. It would be best for them to make the garages with pre-industrial European facades that compliment the architecture of the park.

Thanks for that cost estimate. That really is not that expensive with all things considered. I imagine that it cost much more when the park built their own exit ramp and the new entrance pavilion. I'll try and find how much that cost.

So what types of venues would you expect to see in the theoretical Discovery Village? What kinds of shops and restaurants? What would kind of theme theme would you like to see in the entertainment district?

Like I said ^....besides the cost(which is jaw dropping +theming) it is by far a better idea for space saving.....but...I doubt the kids at busch can handle it. At least in the employee lot. They can barely learn how to park on a large flat space. I can't imagine a parking structure...

What's that supposed to mean?
