^^No it wasn't, the park had pepsi machines just the other day, they got the new coke ones sometime just sunday-tuesday.

Anybody know if the Busch parks are getting Coke Freestyle machines? I fully support this change over if Freestyle machines are coming in.

If not, I could honestly care less since I don't drink sodas when I'm inside the park.

i think it is a huge possibility, the park has been updating and hi-teching itself, after all in every restroom they update they are adding dyson hand dryers, and those are pretty expensive so it think a freestyle machine is probably more than likely to happen.

oh well still, if they are willing to buy a hand dryer for that much, instead of one that is probably only a few hundred dollars, they are willing to upgrade to the best hi-tech its still possible.

^They're all at Holiday World, silly!

No really Holiday World has free wifi. www.holidayworld.com/visit/rules-services#wifi

Exactly. I believe Disney has small Android tablets you can rent and use as interactive GPS tracking maps. Now, not saying BGW needs this, but its just another example of other parks using the newest technologies. Park wide wifi would be great, but just hot spots at the major areas would be just fine.

I can think of some great things that could be done at the park if they were to just become a bit more advanced. It can also be done subtle enough to not kill the "classic vibe" of the park.

You hear that BGW, how come ity bity Holiday World can afford park wide wifi, but you can't? I know your out there! You're gonna make AoenOne cry.

In all seriousness though, BGW seems to be lagging in the high tech dept. Even KD has Dyson Airblades in their bathrooms.

I've got the 4G'Z and the Droidz blowing my phone up on the daily, i'm good. It'd just be nice to have it in the park for those days Vzw decides I don't need data, or for those that can't get a great signal in the park. Wifi would be a bit more reliable regardless.

i'm just saying they added dyson hand dryers, and thats a step forward to hi-tech, but still i think wi-fi is goin to be the last thing they install.

Who cares about a stupid airblade? They're loud, obnoxious, time consuming, and build a line to wait to dry your hands. Worst thing ever to be installed anywhere.

Another thread being taken over by hand dryer discussion? Seriously guys? Back to Coke.

Coke seems to be really trying to get their Freestyle machines out there, but how would they work? Self-service would imply free refills and handling it like it's done now with the normal machines would just be chaos

i have little to no doubt freestyle machines are going to come to the park, and if you think about it free refills isn't that bad, how often do you think people are going to carry around a paper cup that is probably going to not work after half an hour due to being squished in a bag or something.

oh, really? i still think the GP will get a drink, throw it away and then an hour or so later get another drink, or end up buying the souvenir cup, buy one get free refills forever, plus they can do the same with cups sold at the park. where as you don't have to buy one drink every day.

I'm not sure what you're saying here? They have several self-service stations now. Am I misinterpreting something?
