It's actually used more than you think. Many times throughout the season, local radio stations are there at varying times during the summer. I know for a fact it was used multiple times last season.

Just saw a vid of a freestyle machine... That is freakin awesome! I really want to see one at Busch!

96X (96.1) has come to Busch a few times to broadcast in that booth.

Back onto the main topic for me: I would LOVE to see freestyle fountains at Busch. A lot of places are starting to get them (Wendy's has them now and I heard a restaurant chain named BGR has them too. Of course Firehouse too...) and they would be a great way to serve customers. They could even do daily specials too.

^Also heard about that, just didn't include it. Most places are getting them now. Was it Firehouse Subs that started the trend? Or something else?

I meant, will it be put to use like its original purpose was and guests record themselves, etc. IT seems like they could try doing that again, and still have outside radio station broadcast, even though I never saw any.

^Seemed to me like they would have guests pay to make a music video in the booth... never got the point of that though

That's exactly what that used to be used for. I'm glad that trend died. It used to be painful to go through that area due to the crowds gathering to watch the trainwrecks.

Both The Point and 96X broadcast from there very frequently during the summer.

I do not think the park is getting freestyle machines, unless they get them another year. I have only noticed the regular fountains throughout the park and these vending machines.

Just saying, my local Burger King has one. I like them, but I've run into one problem with them, and I don't know if anyone else has noticed this.

The drinks taste weird. Like Sprite tastes like Sprite, but not like Sprite out of a can or out of a regular fountain. I don't know if you know what I mean, lol. It has like this extra weird taste to it, and it's like that for all of the sodas. Maybe it's just me but I can definitely tell a difference.

I think the drinks taste normal, I tried grape sprite and it tasted like regular grape soda with a hint of sprite but that should be expected.

The sodas come out of the same faucet so there's probably a little cross-contamination going on.
