I meant, specifically, for Scorpion.

That said, Kumba and Montu are both getting up there in age and, as we've seen, Kumba is requiring a ton of work lately. That's not cheap.

Well. Im expecting a major overhaul to Kumba to happen within the next few years.

And Montu, well…I don’t think Busch Gardens would close that ride (I hope) as its one of the most popular at the park

while i didnt hold a sentimental place for scorpion, it was really fun when i rode it last november and became my 5th fave in the park (gwazi montu kumba cheetah scorpion sheikra tigris cobras grover). it was really fun and a damn smooth ride for being over 40 years old. i will miss it dearly, and for the time being its my fave schwarzkopf coaster (the only others ive ridden are new revolution and sooperdooperlooper which are both quite fun but dont do much besides the loop. scorpion's helix was awesome). the sting will always live on.

little ramble over but yeah im gonna miss this ride

It's such a horrible look to have SBNO rides just sitting around like this. I know they'll probably save some money bundling the demo with whatever development they may or may not be planning, but honestly, especially given its size and prominence, it feels like taking it apart isn't that big an ask...

There’s a reason it hasn’t been demolished 😌
