So, it said in my Pass member calendar, that we should visit their "All-new Italy gift shops." Any word on what's going to happen here? Because if I remember correctly, I believe one of those gift shops was just renovated a couple years ago. Hhhmmm...

The Artisans gift shop is the one with the porcelain flowers and such handcrafted by two Italian artists. They have been in that shop for many years. The other shop is Bella Casa. Bella Casa recently had a wine tasting spot added to it last year in addition to that, they re-themed the shop extensively during Howl-o-Scream.

Keep in mind, last year in the brochure it said that Girls ShamROCK! and Pot O Gold were 'all-new' and all they really did was change what type of merchandise they sell in each shop.

Being that there are no permits or anything, I wouldn't put too much into the words 'all-new' other than 'all-new' merchandise compared to what it used to sell.

So earlier people were worried about the "new" shops in San Marco. Don't fear, I believe the shop renovations happening here are similar to that of the Emporium in the sense they are really redesigning the shops to fit the area much better. All I can say from what I've seen is beautiful so far!

Matthew... the shops are safe, just getting a face lift. The renovations in Bella Casa were for Howl-O-Scream, but this year they should have a new Italian design, and hopefully better AC. I am excited to see the new look for the Artisans of Italy shop and how they will display the Venician Masks. My guess is that Bella is getting more of a "Wine Tasting" feel like the changes made in Le Belle last year.

All you need is love... ;)

It's looking, better, they just need to do a little wood replacement on the side closest to the Festa Bridge and it'd look great.

I hope it's the Festa Italia sign, but probably not, you would've posted in the Festa thread if that were the case. Is there any specifics you can tell us?
