Hey at least capacity won’t be as horrendous as a 2 minute + cycle time would imply. But like, why even mention that in the announcement video in the first place. It’s not like the average person is going to even care about that stat
In an earlier video (Colin or ElToroRyan) were theorizing that the tagline is to help with copyright since you can't just copyright a translated word.Hoping they drop it, doesn't sound that well.
Was not a fan of this similar to Tormenta having the tagline 'Rampaging Run', it sounds more like something you'd see after the title of a MCU movie than a roller coaster name..![]()
That was more or less than answer Mike and Ryan gave. They said it's hard to trademark a singular name and that they needed to add the tagline while going through the trademark process. Ryan said he will only be calling it Bakunawa. In an earlier video (Colin or ElToroRyan) were theorizing that the tagline is to help with copyright since you can't just copyright a translated word.
Ominous. I love it!Bakunawa’s warning lights have been installed.

Ryan has already hinted at this a few times over the last couple of months, so things along these lines are likely happening. I can't remember if it was Ryan or general assumption among everyone that the station will have a shipping container look/aesthetic. I'm expecting something similar to Batman, which I consider a well-themed ride (in need of refurbishment now). It's all just standard buildings and layout but accented with signage and coverings, plantings and topical ground features that theme the area and station superficially and more cheaply than major landscape features and getting into concrete and steel forms and shapes. It certainly won’t be a sea cave. I’m expecting a more industrial maritime theme with shipping containers, seaweed, pylons, etc
