Y'all enjoy your shared-wall dwellings, I'll enjoy my 1.5 acres of space between my house and everyone else. 😜

Glad to see confirmation on the paint job / retheme of RC and that they're not just slapping it down as it was on a concrete pad and calling it a day. A good sign to support they're not overlooking the little details with this broader renovation.

Coliwood seemed VERY certain that Swashbuckler will also be repainted (long overdue, you can see several layers of paint from its various themes peeking through). This is going to be a very different park next time I visit and I’m all for it.

With Ragin’ Cajun now confirmed for the park, Phantom Spire’s opening next year will put it at its highest coaster count ever at 15.

Judging by the blue paint. It will be something similar to a Rip Tide. Or Rip Current or Tidal something

I know that's not exactly Superman Blue, but won't that be a lot of blue coaster steel on the boardwalk? Maybe another hint that Supe will get a refresh in the future.

I'm glad to see it getting rethemed at all (presumably). Never did make sense to me for a Cajun-themed coaster to be in Illinois or Maryland (even if parts of the eastern shore think they're the south)
Ragin Cajun was in the New Orleans section of Great America (specifically the new Mardi Gras area they had just put in) so I think it makes sense for Illinois at least, especially because Great America had the American themeing going for it.

I'm intrigued by the idea of a white and yellow paint re-theme for Supe. Beachy. Would stand out so much more yet be less "bright" than the bright red and blue it is now. Probably a shore bird theme. Although maybe go with the sun? Solar Diver? SPF Flyer? šŸ˜„

It was also in the Mardi Gras section of SFA, which was one of their better themed areas. Ragin’ Cajun absolutely fit there thematically.
