My guess Anaconda won't go down until after the Volcano replacement arrives at the very least. They need to get rid of their "removing coasters" reputation they have at the moment.

Things may have changed since then, but in fall 2019 KD’s then-GM Tony Johnson stated in a Q&A that the park had no plans to remove Anaconda.

The plan was for a B&M wing but that, thank God, seems to have been scrapped. I personally will be upset if any B&M replaces Volcano.
There's enough space for basically any looper. My guess if a B&M comes it will be a wing since they already seem to have wanted one of those but all up in the air as of right now. I'd prefer something else but I'd probably actually ride a wing coaster each visit!
I know I'm getting annoying, but would a Mack Extreme Spinner suffice? It's really all I can think about now that Pantheon has opened and I can stop thinking about that.
Why would you be upset? They’re reliable and big crowd pleasers which is what KD needs. I’m sorry that not everything is Lightning Rod for you.
I mean what I personally want in the Volcano space is objectively irrelevant to literally everyone unless I work for Cedar Fair and make decisions on this matter. But yes I would love a Mack Extreme Spinner.
KD, if you're reading this, we have spoken. Make it happen and I'll forgive you for removing Volcano, even if it wasn't completely in your control.
I honestly think they might get an Axis. I'm not saying that I wouldn't ride a B&M either but they don't offer anything that would be fitting as a replacement for Volcano. The theme of that area is really elevating KD to something special and I would really hope they keep that alive with something truly unique.
Was looking at the list of temples a bit more and just wanted to note something on the Anaconda line. It says “4. Serpent / Anaconda / Scorpion?” and the other 5 temples all notably do NOT transition to a completely different animal. Scorpions and Snakes have little in common besides being horrifying and venomous. Also notably that says “S&S.” I love how much fun Kings Dominion likes to have with their fans.

Look at the 'A's in the list of temples—when compared to the letter at the top, they clearly are not 'A's, but rather arrows.

I personally hope they bring in a flat ride or a different type of ride in at some point to Jungle X in the next few phases. It's kind of an odd section when you think about its attraction make up: 6 roller coasters and a scrambler. I mean that's fine but yeah kind of an interesting make up of rides. I wish Cedar Fair liked those Mondial Top Scans more. Or just adding larger thrilling flats in general. That said, still perfectly satisfied trading Shockwave/The Crypt for Delirium/Tumbili.
I kind of actually appreciate Six Flags going out of their way to fill in newer flats over the years, now if only we could get some of these hot new Zamperla flats in VA.........

That area already has the 2D Flop Flat. It is very well themed, too!
That's a lot of roller coasters for one corner of the park.
Not gonna lie if they go all out with a B&M Wing Coaster with cool temple theming near miss elements that will be sick. Would be hilariously the opposite of Dominator. Just a passing thought if they were still considering a wing at all.
Only a launched wing with great near misses is acceptable for me. They need a modern launch coaster and Thunderbird is great so we know it works.
