No offense taken at all. In fact I'm pretty sympathetic to that point of view, and I think the idea's biggest liability is that it requires tree removal and noise in the one peaceful, truly beautiful area every single guest experiences twice during a day at the park.No offense but I'm extremely anti anything that diminishes the peaceful walk across the bridge or down the hill to the front.
Any ride in that stretch would have to be pretty "slim" to fit, and even then it would be subject to minimum tree clearances on either side of the track. It may be simply impossible to build through that area while maintaining enough natural beauty to avoid an "uh oh" outcome.
Fun to think about though. Maybe smarter minds than mine could contrive cost-effective means to make the concept work.
