If they build this, wouldn’t the gp see it being similar to invadr? I mean it’ll be insane and I’m all for drachen’s fury (I’m just gonna call it that cus why not, we kinda NAMED their new coaster lol, substitute names would be twisted/wicked fire/drachen :p)
I’d like to give people better credit than that.

Enthusiast circles who expect B&M Hypers to have Skyrush level ejector everywhere.
I mean it’s programming has been messed up for a few years now. People say Mako is like night and day compared to it.

Apollo is #10 of the 16 B&M Hyper Coasters according to Captain Coaster.

Note: This metric uses the model proper as defined by B&M, not B&M coasters with max drop heights between 200 and 299 feet—in other words, this includes the B&M "gigas" and the sub-200 foot tall B&M Hypers but excludes the largest B&M Dive Coasters.

Given the whole thing was predicated from an unclear definition of Top 3 for BGW, it's also not clear if that sort of data applies... Which in itself is a suspicious source though may be more credible than those USA Today polls ever were.

BGW's coasters in rank order according to Captain Coaster:
  1. Pantheon
  2. Griffon
  3. Alpengeist
  4. Apollo's Chariot
  5. Verbolten
  6. InvadR
  7. Tempesto
  8. Loch Ness Monster
  9. Grover's Alpine Express

Not defending @madmax's statements, just trying to introduce some data to the discussion.

Captain Coaster is based af, as the kids would say. Their ranking is generated monthly using a pairwise comparison of every user's submitted coaster rankings. The most recent ranking was based on 165,400 coaster scores by 4,877 users which generated 27,300,000 unique coaster match-ups.

Vote Coasters uses a very similar methodology (and I believe should be treated as fairly authoritative as well), but it is only run once a year and has, historically, had a smaller n compared to Captain Coaster's ongoing, monthly calculations and larger n.
