So... Drachen Spire plus a Starflyer isn't an option?
The high point isn't really in a spot that I would think they would choose for a Starflyer

No because it appears that the 2024 attraction is using the Drachen fire station
That is just a theory right now. Another possibility that I have seen thrown out is a connection of Drachen Fire's old maintenance building for use as a station for another coaster.

I don’t see how they would fit another coaster in that area unless it’s like really small

IMO the biggest reason they are getting away with a late announcement on DK is because it is indoors. Unless you really follow this stuff, I would guess there’s a lot of people who don’t know something is going in. This will be much harder to hide and not say anything on by the time it goes vertical (and yes I’m well aware of their “landscaping announcement”).
September 6 isn’t even late. Hershey still haven’t even begun to tease their long awaited RMC.

That project is at least not opening until the spring at soonest.

This is opening in the winter based on reports.

Spire's footprint is all the opposite direction if the are building the other one towards the boneyard and Rhine. Station wise its tight and close but layout wise there is still a decent amount of room to work with.

September 6 is the announcement for Project 2023, and not Project 2024, correct? I would assume we would know a name for Project 2024 sometime in the Fall of 2023.
Not necessarily BGW has been much more closed lips lately.

There is a lot of area on the other side of DF where the boneyard is, BGW could effectively double the size of the park if they built on all the land they own on that side.
It would seem like a second park (really third with WC) would make more sense in that scenario. Honestly with all the new investments being made, I’m not sure why they aren’t going that direction.

All signs seem to point an RMC hybrid, but I wonder if not an RMC what else could it be? They’ve got a few B&M coasters at the park and they just worked with Intamin on Pantheon and the stalled Drachenspire project, so those would be next on my list to consider. Anyone else care to share their thoughts/opinions?
The next guess would actually be something like steel curtain because that drop resembles Drachen fire’s.

So, we have literally nothing but a max height location, and soil testing in the boneyard. What signs exactly are pointing to an RMC hybrid?
Nothing REALLY, but I would say that the 220' height we know at least points to it not being Drachen Spire (or a slight reworking of Drachen Spire) and does line up with the (admittedly old/outdated) trend of BGW building a slightly larger version of what BGT gets (Iron Gwazi is 206'). That's a bit of a stretch but I can see why people are running with it.

It’s not really a stretch when you think about what would be logical. It’s probably the most probable thing out of what they would build with a 220 ft height. The others are either redundant or would be way too out there

I think it is important to differentiate clearly between opinions and data. “All signs seem to point an RMC hybrid,” is not the same thing as “my best guess is.” Casual readers can easily be mislead by assertions without evidence being presented as facts.

Considering basically any major manufacturer can build a 220’ ride in their flavor or multiple flavors, any statement who it is would be rather speculative.
