Yeah you can see a little bounce but who cares it’s a wing coaster and it’s physics. The pacing on that looks phenomenal even running in the cold. Definitely looks like Thunderbird’s cousin
Is that sparking I see towards the end? Is that normal? I don’t think I’ve ever noticed a steel coaster making sparks before…Ugh. Reverse POVs on this thing aren't a good look. That bounce is super evident throughout the course. I'm not seeing any huge jolts like that one turn on Iron Menace so it's probably "fine"... just also definitely suboptimal.
I do agree that it looks like it runs faster than I was expecting though! Love to see that. I'd prefer a bit of a bouncy ride to a completely forceless one.
Yea what the fuck. Look at the wheels at 1:13ishIs that sparking I see towards the end? Is that normal? I don’t think I’ve ever noticed a steel coaster making sparks before…
Looks like bugs to meLearn something new everyday. Whats all that black stuff though?
That tooDirt. Grease. Bits of nylon.
Oh, good! I was afraid something was making contact that shouldn’t—glad to know it’s normal!Static electricity from the wire brush next to the wheel. Perfectly normal. See example below on a dive coaster train.

This photo I copied is from Valravn I believe. If you've been to CP, you know about the mayflies and bugs.Learn something new everyday. Whats all that black stuff though?
From KDs insta they did a really good job making it look like igneous rock (cooled lava) holy

That was my reaction too. On the updated map, they show the whole building painted a tan/brown color. I wonder if that was just an artistic choice for the map or if there are plans to paint the building once Rapterra construction is officially considered done (or if it was a plan that got shelved). Green, blue, or brown along with some strategic planting would go a long way to hide that building. The choice not to paint Flight of Fear's building severely hurts this sight line. Some "Go Away Green" on the lower portion and some "Be Gone Blue" on the upper half would have done wonders. Shame too because the rockwork and temple structure look absolutely incredible. Hopefully they've planted trees strategically and this view will look far better a few years from now!
PS: I do think the train tolerances are 98.7% to blame in most cases.
