Based off this map that I posted a snippet of before I think the panther statues there will go around the tunnel, and the big jungle x letters that spell pantherian will go over the entrance to the tunnel like the old intimidator sign used to be.

The only thing that I don’t know if we have on site is the big tower in the middle of the plaza with the little panther statue on top, I only see the small two and then it looks like four on rectangular columns. I did notice at the winter ace event they had beat the hell out of the footers that held the signs behind the dale ernheart car, but I noticed a couple weeks ago they appeared to have repoured those footers, perhaps some of those will go over there on those footers?

From what I saw the other day it seemed like just the four bigger ones were redone.

I will add there was a fake rock I saw that was the jungle x temple style paint, that same yellowish brown rock with the green mossy spots that all the temple structures have, which I have not seen since. I think it was late January, after the main delivery of all the arches, and it was rather large with a kind of crack going down it. I only saw it in the staging area that one time and it was sunset time so my phone would not focus on it so I have no pictures. I initially wrote it off as part of that big statue building in the middle of rapterra but honestly it might’ve been that piece in the middle of pantherian’s plaza? I guess we’ll see

I am going to make the assumption that as soon as they get the part and get it safe to run, they are going to open it and add on the theming as time goes on, right?
Sure. They'll open the ride when it's ready.

Regarding the actual work being done, I have a lot of understanding on the situation going on there. That lift is incredibly unique from a roller coaster lift hill standpoint. It sucks when large parts need immediate attention. This industry is very specific with the equipment used. And in I305s case, it's one of two on Earth. There's not many people or places that can service the "part" in a timely manner. Patience is necessary as it's not Kings Dominions fault or (realistically) responsibility at this point. It's completely on wherever the shop is that is hired to repair said "part". There will be extensive testing when it is repaired. So you'll know when it's close to ready for public rides.

Also, the scissor lift has nothing to do with the ride being down. It's probably to change a light bulb.

EDIT: Saw the eyerolls from a mile away... Might as well stop posting.

So what is this "part" that is so special?

Ugh I hate how its literally almost summer and KD is still making no progress
Literally nothing they can do. They are waiting on a part, as has been shared here countless times. There are still so many phenomenal rides to enjoy at KD (Rapterra, TT, Grizzly, Dominator, etc.), and, while incredibly unfortunate, this wait and part will result in a better, more reliable experience for Pantherian.

But even if they get the part and get the ride up and running, they'll probably still have to finish the theming therefore delaying the ride even more.

They have made significant progress on theming. If we are to take what the Jungle-X map that has been floating around this thread for a while as an accurate description of the theming, the only major theming piece we’re missing is the tower in the center of the plaza, which wouldn’t take too incredibly long to complete.

No one except enthusiasts ride this. This won't change with a new name. It sucks to say, but it's true. The GP are scared of this thing.
EDIT: I feel like they can still technically get away with a haunt opening because it's still technically the physical summer season.
In that case they should remove it? Not worth the investment? Seriously, you've been complaining for months about it being closed, now you act like they shouldn't be fixing it anyway??
