Almost certainly not. It would likely take a big shakeup of some kind for Pantheon to open before 2022 at this point.
Hey y’all only a few more posts pls I predicted this thread would have 650 pages when Pantheon was finally allowed to open, can having me be wrong pls

There's no way. In 8-9 months we'll get.. a significant number more posts.

So I saw that this thread had a million views. Damn thats a lot so when did this thread start? June 2017. Today I got a refund request from a person who lives in a house that my wife and I had built in June 2017. They are going to move and we are interested in that house. So in other words, sorry guys its my fault for Pantheon not being open. Since I didn't buy the house back 2017 Busch Gardens is waiting for us to buy it. Must be some strange link. Problem though, we going to look at another house tonight. Should we like it Pantheon may never open.

^I don't think BGW gives a rats ass THAT much what KD is doing. They know they have the superior reputation overall with the general public. You see it on reddit all the time in subs like r/rva where people will comment like "I dont know why anybody goes to KD anymore when Busch Gardens is down the street." If you have any more optimism than late Spring 2022 or early Summer 2022 you're just setting yourself up for disappointment. On the bright side hey in early 2022 we get an Intamin Blitz AND an S&S Free Spin in our state and I have no complaints about that.

I literally graduated from high school and college during that time. I remember as a junior in college going to BGW in my fall semester and being excited to ride pantheon that spring. Now I’m an adult and it’s still not open 😆😆

I do feel like it's important to note that Pantheon as we know it now isn't that old. This thread started when BGW was looking at building project Madrid which was a very much different project then Pantheon. scrapping that and planning out a whole different project was going to take time. This video while completely wrong in a lot of does contain some decent info on what Maddrid might have looked like,

The problem with original Madrid was that there were a great many different designs that were thought of before they eventually decided to split it up into two separate projects.

So if someone got fed information about what it may have looked like and someone else had something else, there's still a pretty good chance of both of them being somewhat right. That photo that got posted here a while ago was one of five different layouts I was made aware of.

I mean if they want to sell it to you at the same price as 2017 it might be worth it just to resell.

Most of them were minor changes of the general idea. The big things were that the coaster would cross the Rhine twice and that the highest point of the ride would basically be a 315 foot tall Cheetah Hunt figure 8.
