RE: Project 2014/2015?

Go Karts Plus in Lightfoot already has one of these.
Well, they have a standard-sized Zamperla Disk'O with no theming. This one is literally "double the fun" in that there are two roller coaster-like hills. Plus, I doubt they would let a small nearby attraction with something similar stop them from getting an attraction. Just sayin'. These rides are loads of fun--I have been known to hitch a ride on Lucy's Tugboat (Whirley Worms-style kiddie ride at KD with no max height) just because I love these spinny half-pipe rides. :p

Not that it would happen, but it's interesting that this land in question does stretch for quite a bit...

Utilities marking all the way from Apollo's entrance to the bathrooms next to Roman Rapids. Very interesting...

Re-piping, comes to mind first, but that doesn't seem to be the only thing going on since it stops at 2 specific points.

RE: Project 2014/2015?

I'm thoroughly intrigued. The paths enclosed in these red lines are all heavily marked:

This combined with the line of sight test, the rumor whispers posted, and maybe even Lance's GCI train rumor, makes for a very, very interesting combination...

It should also be noted that I talked to someone with some experience in matters such as these who said that for things to be marked on a scale like that, a lot of things are likely about to change.

I have to bring it up: Festa Italia retheme in 2015?

I wanted to point out that moving one flat ride doesn't really seem like such a big thing and that I fully am looking at Zach's picture, not the literal one. A Festa 2014/15 retheme, unless it is confirmed for 2015? This is something that is dire and needed much more than for the park to touch Banbury Cross.

I honestly think we could be seeing a super secretive and undercover surprise retheme of Festa for next year. Think about it. Why isolate all new stuff in one hamlet? Spread it out across the park to make it seem like more. A new show in one hamlet, a retheme in another.

I feel like this could turn into another Oktoberfest style revamp. Everything occurring over the course of a few years. You don't see markers, paint, height test, etc for no reason so obviously something is happening. Though this late in the game, 2014 is rather doubtful. Plus, considering the money/attendance issues one would assume they'd try to get this out to the public. If they announced an England revamp (they did) there's zero reason they wouldn't announce a festa revamp also if there was one for 2014.

I'm thinking that this could be electrical utilities for Holiday Hills. Last year, the extension cables all over the place were a nightmare, and quite frankly looked very tacky.

That is very likely, but the only thing that is interfering with this idea, is that they painted colored dots for every utility. If it was going to be electrical they probably would've only painted the electrical piping. But all the other utilities are painted too so....

It's the utilities markings over such a wide area combined with the line of sight test that makes all of this so interestings. A line of sight test wasn't done for Christmas Town.

I don't know what's happening, but there are some very interesting rumors and occurrences beginning to line up...

Just like they did with Vbolt amirite?

No your not. Verbolten got an actual presentation, fact sheet, etc. Banbury Cross got two sentences and a quote from a man who overexaggerates. The only thing that got a presentation was the show and it also got a press release to go with it.

Don't count on it. Really the only area with extension cables across the ground were by Apollo, all otherwise, they were somewhat cleverly hidden in the sky. much like how they are cleverly attached to Big Ben. That is just how Entertainment works.
