I understand. Really, there has never been anything representing Marco Polo in Festa, it's always been a more Carnival type thing. If you look at it that way, the theme of the ride does fit. The park just needs to make the theme of Festa more clear.

Honestly, the theme of the ride doesn't bother the heck out of me, the way it's being presented is just plain out cheesy and stupid. Plus, if you ever feel like waiting in the 4 hour line, the ride is nothing more than average, it's fun, but it's nothing of an experience like what the park currently offers. I'm honestly excited this will help Festa, the renovations are somewhat promising. But, I just hope the theme of this ride isn't presented in the way it currently looks to be.

Apparently we have switched into bizzaro land, where Busch Gardens has become Kings Dominion and vice versa. I am not certain if they have switch positions and Busch is now in Doswell and KD is outside Williamsburg, but I think it has something to do with "Lost".

Oh and BG is getting a potentially sucky roller coaster and it is going in Festa and its theaing may or may not suck (depending on who you ask). What we do know is it not related to LR and it is not called Wowza. It may or may not have enough capacity and it may or may not be the first sign of the coming Apocalypse.

From the sounds of it we should all stand by to either extend our Season passes for 1500 years or be prepared to burn them. (I never know it that is supposed to happen in the parking lot or on the Rhine, or where...)

I work in Htrae so I can certainly tell you Lex Luthor's wormhole ray hit more than just SFNE and SFGrAdv. Ever since Lex took an interest in coasters back in 2009 Virginia's amusement parks have been acting strange.

Think about 40th anniversary... Who makes a big deal out of their 40th? Doesn't it usually go, 10 - 25 - 50?
No.. 40... It is sinister! And with this worm hole revelation it all begins to come together. The parks moving, the dates, the re-branding...

I sorta take it he was joking. ;) Still, I see what he was saying. Whereas KD is actually caring about theming and how things fit now, BGW is plopping in a randomly-themed ride into their Italian-"themed" section of the park. It sounds exactly like something out of the Paramount play book.

I must say I do like it when you do the *rolls eyes* thing though. :p

I'll wait to see if the next thing KD adds is themed to the designated area, because I305 doesn't tell me that, but that was 4 years ago now. But, I have to ask was this theme schemed by corporate, or BGW executives? Because, corporate seems to not like BGW anymore, and this could be just one part of their grand scheme to change the park.(for the worse) And the creative minds at corporate seem to have no brains either.

What do you all want to see today? Theming? Area layout? More signage? The ride itself? I have a lot of options here...
