I think something like this might work for Carowinds. From what I could find this land is all owned by the park, it puts the station in a pretty good spot behind where Drop Tower was, and the terrain would work pretty well for the first half since it's going uphill there. The main issues that I could tell would be dealing with the terrain in the second half and rerouting that perimeter road, and I don't think either of those would be too too difficult to get around.

RIP those poor souls who are staying in the dorms right next to it.

It's pretty funny how now, it feels like *nobody* wants this ride lol. I can be convinced KI Area 72 is a good fit for this one. As long as they don't put it in a spot ripe for future development (Action Zone or the old Vortex land?) Nobody asks any questions about who the Whey Foundation are so I think you can sneak a fictionalized John Arie Sr. past the lore of the area? Maybe? Spaceplane pilot? Idk it's something

perhaps the worst part about the "theme" is that some element of the population will be ready to hop on any fictionalized elements for dIsReSpEcTiNg OuR vEtErAnS

I would be shocked if anyone actually even notices the weird hackjob they might have to do to make the theme work. Half the GP visitors will be calling this thing The Air Force One regardless of where it ends up.
I dont think your average GP will even know this is a relocated coaster lol

Fuck, man. I was rooting for Enchanted. Glad to see it won't be scrapped at least.
I think I want it at Carowinds, but I'm not sure what that looks like. Looking forward to it regardless.

It is funny how now that Six Flags is the one to buy it the Enthusiast seem upset that they saved this ride.

I don't know how much I buy the whole "they're stuck with the name due to stipulation" argument. Once money exchanges hands for a product, they can essentially do what they want with it. Given that, their "preserving history" explanation for maintaining the name is even MORE stupid. This isn't some ride that spanned generations of parkgoers and was infused in decades worth of memories. My fucking 4-year-old daughter is older than this ride.

I swear I'm not lying when I say I only today learned why the ride's name was "ArieForce One". I honestly really hate it now lol. How goddamn full of yourself do you need to be to name a ride after yourself?

I love the ride, but they could do the world a favor and dump the name(and the associated conspiracy lunacy associated with it) and leave it in the past. IYKYK

I would rather have a custom and new high capacity coaster like a family woodie or full circuit multi launch for Great Adventure. I wonder if GA already has plans for next two years and if this announcement would change anything. However, if they can add another train and change the theme, it can be a great fit for this park. I think the lakefront is the best location for this coaster as it would fill an entire open space section of the park and look pretty along the lake/woods. Shoreline pier would be great too. The name is the worst part because it would continue the tradition of poorly out of place themed coasters at this park.

Supposely this will be announced at the end of the year. If Great adventure does get it, they just announced BAK so it would quite remarkable if they announce two major coaster in one year lol! I would also be for Great adventure getting it if they don’t have any major coaster plans for next few years or would be a bonus and won’t interfere with other plans. This would be an ultimate “thank you” gift to enthusiasts for all the removals and continue the momentum. Regardless of being a relocation, it will add a full circuit, original, thrill coaster to the park which we have not seen in quite awhile.

If I’d had to take a guess, we’re not going to be hearing anything about this until November. During IAPPA, it seems like the most logical time to announce it.
I also think later this year we'll start seeing parts show up at its new home as well as construction markings and land prep there. So I think over the next couple months while your park is still open (whether it's KI, Caro, or Great Adventure the highly rumored front runners for AF1) we should be watching to see if anything like that shows up.

They have 1 year to vacate the land, so wherever it’s going, it’s going to get going!

Based on the amount of modification it needs I wonder if we could see the ride reopen as early as next summer. If I had to figure they're probably running the numbers and figuring out which location it would not only cost the least but also provide with the most benefit. Only time will tell.
