He is not retired they rotate the two of them.

I have heard that Pet Shenanigans theater has been getting some TLC in the off season. I understand a new roof structure over the stage paint and some work on the steating area along with some other maintenance work.

Personally I'd like to see the show refreshed as well. I like it, but having seen it so many times it's kind of stale. No offense to the animal actors, they are still great!!

@horsesboy stated that the contractors who do the show were told to gather their things and get out. That matches with what I have heard.

I don’t know if this show is gone for good or not yet. That said, it is, at the very least, a very real possibility.

I did enjoy this show and it's sad to see it go, but it's not an extremely huge loss. Pets Ahoy at SeaWorld Orlando and Opening Night Critters at Busch Gardens Tampa are extremely similar shows, and they're still around (at least they were before the disease which shall not be named).
