Either way, I still think that Mach Tower will still be a good thrill ride. I have ridden Drop Zone a couple of times and it scares the crap out of me. I hope Mach Tower does the same.

Agreed...the one problem I have with it though, it's not a launch tower...those are my favorite

So, just something completely random about the commercial I thought I'd share...I rewound a couple times and noticed that there's only one set of maybe 15 people that actually ride the "ride" and walk around in the background...and yes, they're wearing the same clothes the entire time =)

Actually I found Dr. Doom kinda weak especially compared to Supreme Scream at Knotts Berry Farm!

Well, see, the only drop towers I've ever been on are Tower ofnTerror, Dr Doom, drop zone, and a dragon one in a very little, local amusement park in Maine. So for me it is pretty well done. Anyways, I'm planning to go on like a major theme park road trip after school so that I can experience all of these amazing rides.

Anyways, I very mich enjoy dr doom however

Go to KBF and ride Supreme Scream. You won't be thinking about Dr. Doom after that!

I wouldn't doubt it. A week away from opening, they're going to have to start testing soon haha =)

I was told Mach Tower would start testing today. All the construction was suppose to be done yesterday with only a few decorative elements left to be added. I heard it might test tomorrow as well.

I never saw it testing... but last i knew, the lights in the queue house were on... I don't think the ride was on though... I am going to guess that it was some basic training without running the ride OR last minute inspections... just a thought

New opening day: June 9th

Anyone know what set it back?

PS: If someone else could confirm that date, that'd be great.

I can confirm that there is something happening on that day, but I doubt it's the opening day.
