I had no idea they still had that much more to put together. As for the 9th, the park has committed to having the ride operating on that day. It could open to the public before or after that. Also, I've been told that they still plan to hold the media day on the 27th. I guess media day doesn't have to include an operating ride. This should be interesting...

Swift, right now there is no set date to start testing. Right now its all in hopes as there is no defiant date to begin testing. It is quuote far from actually being completed and the employees still need to be trained. June 9th is a team member event and again, right now its anyones guess as to if it'll open before or after that date.

That would be a massive failure. They can't stage a media event where they invite press from all over to REVIEW the ride and they get to the park and can't ride it. It's the same when entertainment writers go to the premiere event of a new Broadway show and the curtains never go up. There really is no point in having one. If the ride isn't ready by Friday then the park needs to reschedule.

You can't just test a NEVER BEFORE RUN RIDE in 2 days!
Granted this is not a roller coaster, but roller coasters get tested for months. Cheetah Hunt will have been testing for 1 1/2 months by Friday. I was even skeptical of a 27th opening last week.

Well they do have the power to reschedule if needed. There's always that little warning on the bottom that says *date and time my be rescheduled* or something along those lines. Right now all we can do is hope that they'll have it done for this weekend, but it's unlikely =(
