I would think that any legal options would likely being handled through SEAS corporate counsel and would only be discussed at a high level. You tend not to get a ton of leaks out of that type. On top of that you wouldn't see a whole lot of visual signs that would hint to something like you do when Intamin reps visiting and surveying a site.I was implying that someone with contacts on here may have enough detail to shed some light.
Otherwise, to that end, it seems odd to me that when there's a whiff of a new ride coming folks on here are able to give incredible detail long before ground is broken, yet we're still all relatively in the dark about this building and the point of not having walls.
It's been disclosed and confirmed that it's an entertainment special event space. Kevin said at the Coaster Day tour that it will most likely house Howl-O-Scream mazes in the future.Fair, but something still seems off - if it was just a warehouse or training facility, there's no reason to not include walls.
Only things I can think of why that'd be is covered landscaping supply storage (mulch, sand, etc), or if there's something fairly large they want to place in there that can be done without removing a roof but needs a wall removed.
