I'm sure bitten is so old there's probably real cobwebs and spiders throughout the house, all it does is sit all summer. Anyone know if there will be tweaks made?

I believe there will be some changes made nothing major. Just everyday maintenance probably. But with three new houses im hoping there will be some good changes :)

It's interesting that LOD closes at 6pm, but FOF closes at 8pm. If they are trying to get the kids out before the event starts by closing kid lands early like KD does, why leave one open till 8:00?

I've always thought it has to do with proximity to the front of the park, but that is obviously just a guess.

The cynical side of me thinks they really don't want the parents of those children to leave without having a few drinks.

The same path they did for Root, yes.

on the map is looks different. It is not in front of the Festhaus. On the map the path goes the other way around DK, breaking off at Vampire Point.

So unless the map is grossly off, it does not in fact follow the same path Root did.

I think deadline just needs some actors. It has always been such a nice set just always understaffed. It has small animations just nothing that is major. It may not be a jump out startle but that misty water effect is an animation and it does help the bathroom scene (it made me feel gross lol) But i really think it just needs some actors.

Thats True, it has potential. The electrical boxes get me every time. And the fog is pretty thick. But I Think if they are just going to have 8 or less actors then they just need animatronics haha, are all the mazes having a storyline of lost footage like Scarlett and cornered?

Yes animatronics can help a understaffed haunt. I just hope that if they go that route they STILL throw in a few actors to work with that piece. Because actors bring something extra to a room with animatronics (imo) because while a animatronic scare can be changed (depending on the complexity of the piece of course) Most time they are stationary unless youre working with a major budget that can afford the really good ones. An actor who knows what that animation will do works great because they can base their scares around it. For example if it is a lunging air powered prop that is coming one way at the guest the actor can come at patrons from another spot or location that can catch them off guard. And to answer the question about the lost footage, no i dont really know about that... I wish i did.

Been real busy since monday, but here is a picture of a structure they had up on labor day. I assume this is for Scarlett Square, as it fits the boarded door motiff. It looks partly unpainted and still smelled of fresh paint.

Too small to be a bar, but just big enough to possibly put a register and add a glow stand next to it. Perhaps glow scarlett horns?

To clear the air, I do not endorse glow products nor do I dislike them.

I hope they get rid of the pirates next year, they are not scary. And put something that was like masquerage back there
