The location of the 'new house' is perfect for that secluded and really creepy feel. I still hoping for an alone style house, but I know it probably won't happen. However, if the Lady of the Gardens was integrated into this 'new house' I would be SO okay with that.

I can guarantee there will be an 18 and up house but I'm not saying it will be upcharge. So like Alone in a way but not.

I have heard nothing to back up what Crackel has heard. Not saying he's 100% wrong, but I haven't heard anything remotely like that.

Ironically, Busch Gardens Tampa just announced today that their version of Fiends will be relocated to the Desert Grill, which is their equivalent of Das Festhaus(in fact it originally was called the Festhaus). I just think that it's funny, because Williamsburg is relocating it to a non eating establishment, and Tampa is doing the exact opposite.

Hopefully later this month, or early Sept. I would imagine sooner than later though. If you go to the site now, the message prompt before you enter the site says 'the scares return in 2012' instead of the 2011 thank you message. That gives me hope it will be soon
