I was at the park tonight, and I caught a glimpse of the old Drachen Fire station (Bitten house) and it looked like they were trying to grow some kind of moss on the roof. They were even watering it with a fire hose. Could this possibly have anything to do with Howl-O-Scream? It looked like they were trying to do something to make it look creepy.

They were most likely wetting down the area because of the fireworks.

Ok, that makes more sense. I guess I'm just getting a little excited for nothing, but I am still hoping they'll change something about Bitten this year.PushTheButton said:

Did the sand really make people feel trapped and helpless? The closed space helped in the feel I guess, but I think I was too busy focusing on the fact that after the house I would have to dump the sand out of my shoe, and deal with sand stuck between my toes to notice. lol

3 shows confirmed and 4 houses confirmed, and from rumors we know their location and full information. Jack is Back, Dig It up, and Fiends are returning and we know which location they are going. For houses we have Bitten, Fear Fair, Deadline, and 13 that we know will return and their location. Is that all accurate? Now my next question is this rumored 'Alone' house, is it for sure happening and if so where? I am mapping out what we know so far and marking things on a park map I got yesterday.

Well, use "confirmed" loosely.
From what I've heard, your list is correct. As for the new house location (rumored Alone-style), I can say I've heard Germany and it will be a location that the park has never used before. Can't get more specific than that.

That area is still used quite a bit during the HOS season. Plus, for something like Alone they would need a better location. My guess is if the Germany location is correct it's somewhere in FP, just not in any of the buildings in place now.

So, it's in an area in Germany never used before? I wonder if they could use the bumper cars building. BGT has done that many times before, and still does. The only problem is, is it big enough to fit a house like that in there? Is there any way they could use the kiddie side as a queue line, and maybe expand the rest out into Festhaus Park if needed? I think they probably could if they wanted to, but I don't think BGW is that ambitious.

The only place I could reasonably come up with for a location of the Alone style house, with the description of "in a location never been used before" is the bumper cars as well. But, I don't think they would use that. Unless they removed the queue for both the kiddie bumper cars and the regular ones. Because, if they just used the regular queue plus the bumper car floor, that would be a very tiny house, and probably wouldn't be worth it at all.
I don't think that they would use Festhaus Park again, as that's where Bitten is located, plus that's an area that's been used before. I don't think they would go beyond the park onto the other side of the tracks. That seems far and out of the way to get there. And since this is a house you have to pay for to go through, they're going to want it where people can see it. Unless there's a spot in Rhinefeld, like where they do meets with Santa and the Easter Bunny, but I highly doubt that's big enough to fit a haunted house in there.

I know space seems like an issue no matter where you put it, but at Alone in Tampa they don't have all that much room either. In fact you sometimes go in to the same room several times without realizing it, because they use theatrical techniques to change the set very quickly. So basically you would be going in circles anyway.

If they do get an 'alone' house, that they get another new one as well. I want another 'free' haunted house!

Based off what redsoxfan said I'd be extremely upset if they just give us an alone house that they expect us to pay for and dont even replace Catacombs. If there is six houses then Im fine with that.
