I've never actually met a cat, who says "meow."

My cat usually says "wuh-aah" or "oooh" or if she's hungry "wuh-aah-rr-rr-rr" :D

I'm sorry that Thistle lost her friend. She's probably crying because she knows that when people look at her they think of Justin Bieber before he got a haircut. Then when they think about Justin Bieber, they start crying.

I can't confirm...but I hear that the remaining moo cow is leaving. So are the two Irish setters.....and all of the sheep. If anyone knows for sure post or PM me and I'll post.

In any event I'm going to be saying hi to the Sheep and Moo Cow (i don't like dogs) allot as they probably won't be here next year. :(

I spoke at length with a handler on Sunday. She did state that they are moving Thistle at the end of the season to be with her own kind. The sheep and the border collies will be moved at the end of the season due to budget cuts. I didn't know they still had the collies, but she said they keep them in a back area and swap them out with the setters. She said the setters should be staying. They also plan to keep the wolves, Clydesdales and the aviary. We did not discuss any of the other animals.

Any word on whether or not they will keep the wasp exhibit on Griffon?

That's because the ride gives off vibrations/sounds that attracts wasps. (Very odd indeed) They put a wasp trap up there but doesn't seem to be very effective.
I thought it had to do with the height of the ride. Regardless they do try and it's a common complaint amoung parks in the spring and fall. There is only so much that they can do KD has the same issues with Dominator and Intimidator.

Nope it's definitely "vibrations/sounds." I hope they try something else this year. It sucks riding through there and you can't move to dodge the wasps.

I guess I'm the one person that doesn't care about the wasps then.
Nope your not the only one. I consider them a minor issue. They are not the most pleasant thing but they are only around for a short time and the park has done what they can to take care off it. Your in an outside environment bugs are part of that.

So, I saw that the horses had holiday ribbons in their manes, and were posing in front of what looked like a special CT façade.
