I think this thread has lost meaning. I created it to discuss major very real and likely rumors of future park plans, not a coaster enthusiasts day dreams of the perfect mega giga whateva coaster.
Exactly, BG will never get a giga coaster.. Nor do they need to. But anywho, I wonder where the next roller coaster will be placed? Maybe where drachen fire used to be?

Not just that. The point of this thread was to discuss current rumors that are all tied together. For example, resort plans, new dark rides, full year operating schedule have all been rumored and are most likely true. So we discuss How they are all tied together, what makes these rumors likely, any info to back up these rumors ect. Not simply guessing whats going to happen.

Spain has been the only country that has ever had any good talk about it. There aren't much other countries in thought.

I wouldn't be disappointed with Spain as the new country at all. I think that's the smartest choice and the most likely. Medieval Spain could really be awesome if it's well-done.

By the way, from what I've heard, Party Rocker is still fairly on-point with what he heard but the IPO slowed everything down a lot. No telling how much will change after investors get involved.

Yes, remember those were planned out back in like 2011, I am sure a lot has been placed on hold at the very least. As far as dark ride goes, my definition is a ride that simulates an experience through the power of technology, more or less any type of simulator which could be really small or fairly large, but the idea behind the dark rides is something to help justify staying open in the winter, more attractions able to be open and more of a reason to bring people to the park. The resort is also supposed to help this. Currently, I think the park is in a state of being seasonal but would love to push for full year. These projects surely show there is interest.
I think the Idea of full year operation is a great Idea. In November you can have all attractions open minus water rides, December can have CT, Jan and Feb can have all rides minus water rides permitted the temperature doesn't go below 32 F. The temperature issue is not a huge deal, the weather in southern VA goes below 32 degrees rarely, and even then all you have to close is the coasters.

Everything is delayed till the IPO happens. After that only time will tell.
