Haha, I honestly think if they can have like a few different outfits that tm's can mix and match for each area, that'd be good and affordable. Tm's get to customize, guests get be immersed. Problem solved.
^ I agree somewhat, if they kept the costumes simple, yet uniquely themed to the areas, with different shirt options, depending on your job and location, then it would look very good.
I'm with Party Rocker here- just give the employees a few options at the beginning of the year or even assign particular styles to particular jobs. Variety is important.
Hey, it could be worse. They could go Six Flags route and give all employees neon yellow shirts that say don't litter the park on them.
Six Flags used to make the Batman ride ops wear Butler suits (like Albert). Maybe they should dress up like skiers and snowboarders, or mounties on Alpengheist ?_?

I think the employees should be able to wear different types of uniforms that is related to the country. This way it shows what the people looked like for that country and you don't have to look at the same old uniform every time you visit the park.

Why would they need too? That just seems disorganized to me. You could say it would make it more organized because it would specify what country the employee works in, but I think it would be easier for the park to keep the uniforms like they are.

^^Just like the areas are themed so should the outfits that are used should be. The purpose of a theme park is to escape your daily world/life and go to a completely different place, in this case, escape your daily life to Europe. It really isn't disorganized. The employee would look still look nice but blend into the theme of the area. Would you prefer them to take away DarKastle's outfits and give them the standard blue bowling shirt? How about getting rid of EITA's only real themeing? The themed outfits (costumes) is what really helps to immerse the guest into a different world. What is the point of having themed buildings, food, merchandise, shows, or rides? Why not just pave an empty space and build generic rides on top? Because, they are a theme park and they want you to be immersed in Europe. The costumes are just a small detail which is too easily overlooked.
I understand you may think it would look disorganized but they could pull it off and make all the employees look professional, but still be themed. Their current costumes are not so great. Every time I see a team member in SS FoF, I think of a children's clinic. I think they should have better themed uniforms in the areas, like Swift mentioned earlier, they can go with a wide variety of vests and shirts that would make the outfits unique and themed, while still looking uniform.

Like honestly, some shirts, especially the Festa ones, make no sense to me. Who the heck in Italy wears bright blue and yellow? Even if they are supposed to look like clowns. I am sure Italians didn't look like that in that time period.
Alright, I see what you are all saying. I'd rather it be different colored uniforms for each country than completely different uniforms, and it sounds like that's what Busch is doing. Weird that Uniforms feel like a minuscule detail, but really they do play a role in the average guests day. Well, weird for me at least

I'm sorry Ivy, but they have to go and as of this year, they are going. Italy is getting their new shirts and I heard they are to start wearing them ASAP this year. Same for Ireland, so keep your eyes open Preview Day for new shirts, or keep looking on here, I'm sure someone might leak a photo or two.

Both Festa and San Marco will be sporting some nice new predominantly red uniforms. Ireland will be wearing predominantly green uniforms, and those are the only new uniform changes this year. I heard that they may just start using the new uniforms Preview Day or Opening Day, that info was not clear.
